Is it possible to place a tablespace on particular part of disk,
e.g I want to place one particular tablespace on outer part of disk and other on inner tracks of hard disk.

What does it mean?

OS control in which track. You can't .

Create a volume group/logical volume/file system on the part of the disk you want.
