Hi, dear all!

I'm new in this forum and new in ORACLE.

I try to establish connection between oracle server 9 and oracle 7.
At first I see a mistake "format code appear twice".
I seen in this forum mistake like this, and make, as described, value NLS_DATE_FORMAT.

But, after this, in try to connect with SQL + enterprise,
become to appear this error:

Error accessing PRODUCT_USER_PROFILE
Warning: Product user profile information not loaded!
You may need to run PUPBLD.SQL as SYSTEM

I run the script, on oracle server9, but this mistake appear again and again!

On the oracle7 the table exist too, and have no rows.

Can someone help me to solve this problem?

Great thanks to all!

If I'm not wrong, Oracle 7 and Oracle 9 can not communicate directly. You'll need to have an Oracle 8 instance in between - create database links

Ora 7 <-DB link-> Ora 8 <-DB link-> Ora 9.
