hello
i have setup dataguard on 10g windowx xp,
i dont have grid control,
after using dgmgrl to create and enable a configuration,
i opened the oracle enterprise manager home page,
like http:// hostname:5500/em
and i clicked on the datagurad details under availability,
i was able to see that the configuration is runing, but i cant perform any switchover or failover from there,,,,
it says that the standby node is not discovered,
how can i fix that
or do i need grid control for so
