Changed SYS and SYSTEM passwords for security reasons and by mistake changed passwords for SYSMAN and DBSNMP accounts as well. Had problem connecting to OEM after that, so changed passwords back to original but still OEM does not show correct status for database instance, listener and agent connection to database. All three are shown as down. Also on top shows error The database target is currently unavailable.
Please help

first check ur target database is currently running open mode. if yes. and still you face some problem then

create new repository for OEM using EMCA utility.

http://www.idevelopment.info/data/Oracle/DBA_tips/Enterprise_Manager/OEM_3.shtml

also check all services is start for oem or database.

1.oracleservice"dbname"
2.oracledbconsole.

hope this helps
Mohammad Taj.
