I have created two datafiles in one tablespace.
i want to assign one datafile to one user and second datafile to second user.

how to make it?

Not possible.
You assign only the tablespace(logical) to users(logical).
Not to datafiles (physical).

Possible solution .
1. create seperate tbs. and assign one for each user.
