oracle 10.2.0 on RHEL ES4 x64 [message #184134]

Has anyone done a successful installation of oracle 10.2.0 on RHEL ES4 x64?
I encounter three errors related to .mk files listed below and then a final Message:
"SEVERE: Abnormal program termination. An internal error has occured. Please provide the following files to Oracle Support :"

Can anyone please suggest...I am uploading the tarred log files for reference.
