Hi,

General

Total SGA : 50% of RAM.
Shared Pool : 45% of SGA
Database Buffer Cache : 45% of SGA
Redo Log Buffer : 10% of SGA

It is not recommended that the redo log buffer to be more than 1MB.

So Divide the balance of Redo Log Buffer among the other memory structures.
